Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • bread slices
  • 1 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 chopped capsicum 1 chopped carrot
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • salt as per taste
  • butter as required

Step

  • Step 1 :

    In a bowl, add oats, curd and mix well. Keep aside for 30 minutes.

  • Step 2 :

    Chop all the veggies and add to the oats and curd mix.

  • Step 3 :

    Sprinkle chat masala powder, pepper, cumin powder and salt. Mix again.

  • Step 4 :

    Take bread slices and apply butter.

  • Step 5 :

    Spread oats and veggies mix on one side.

  • Step 6 :

    Place the sandwich in a grill pan or a non stick pan.

  • Step 7 :

    Cook both sides till golden brown.

  • Step 8 :

    Your healthy oats sandwich is ready! Serve with tomato ketchup.
