How To Make Oatmeal Yoghurt Pancakes?

  • Begin by setting your oven to 200 degrees F.
  • Also, heat a pan to 350 degrees F after brushing it with some oil.
  • To prepare the batter, take a large bowl and add flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • In another bowl, combine yoghurt, milk, butter and eggs.
  • Mix the ingredients well and add in the first bowl.
  • Place your pan on the stove and add ¼ cup of batter to prepare the first pancake.
  • Cook until brown from both sides.
  • Serve immediately with syrup and fruits of your choice.

  • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ Cup Oats
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • ¼ Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Homemade Yoghurt
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • And 2 Eggs

Step
