Oatmeal yoghurt pancakes are an easy breakfast recipe, which is also great for well-being.
First, set your oven at 200 degrees F.
On the other hand, heat a pan at 350 degrees F after brushing it oil.
Take a large bowl, add flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt to prepare the batter.
In the second bowl, mix yoghurt, milk, butter and eggs.
Combine both the mixtures.
Place your pan on the stove.
Add ¼ cup of batter to prepare the first pancake.
Cook until brown from both sides.
Serve hot with maple syrup and fruits.
