Follow the steps to make this delicious Millet hot and sour soup.
Step 1: Wash all the vegetables you want to add to your soup thoroughly under running water.
Step 2: Chop all the vegetables finely and keep them aside.
Step 3: Take a pan and put it on a medium flame.
Step 4: Add oil to the pan and let it heat.
Step 5: Once the oil is hot enough, add chopped onion and garlic to it.
Step 6: Saute them until they turn fragrant.
Step 7: Now add all the chopped vegetables along with ginger garlic paste and let it cook.
Step 8: Meanwhile, take a bowl and whisk ragi flour with water and make a slurry.
Step 9: Add the slurry to the cooked vegetables and add in the broth.
Step 10: Simmer the soup and stir, so that flour does not stick to the veggies.
Step 11: Now add vinegar, soy sauce and chilli sauce.
Step 12: Pour the soup into a bowl garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot.
