  • Two pinches of turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder as per taste
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup water
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

Step

  • Step 1 :

First make a paste by heating oil and then add the cumin seeds to it.

  • Step 2 :

Once the sizzling subsides, add garlic, green chilli and ginger. Saute for a minute.

Cook the tomatoes till they become soft and then let them cool down.

To give that gravy consistency, add water and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  • Step 10 :

Fold in the paneer and boiled peas and keep it on simmer again for 3-4 minutes.

  • Step 11 :

Add the coriander leaves and then turn off the gas. Serve with rice or chapatis.
