This homemade mango bar is so much better than the processed ice creams you get from the market.
Peel mangoes and cut into cubes. Blend to get the pulp.
Add sugar, heavy cream, milk and milk powder to the blender.
Blend till sugar melts completely.
Transfer to popsicle mould or an air tight container after you get a smooth consistency.
Let the bar freeze for a few hours.
Take the popsicle out or use a knife to cut out bars from the container. Enjoy!
