1. Marinate the soya chaap with oil, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and garam masala for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated soya chaap and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides. Remove the soya chaap from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, now heat the remaining oil over medium heat.
4. Add the onions and cook until softened and translucent.
5. Add the tomatoes and ginger-garlic paste and cook until the tomatoes are mushy.
6. Add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and garam masala and cook for 1-2 minutes.
7. Add the water and salt to taste and bring the gravy to a boil.
8. Reduce the heat to low and simmer the gravy for 10 minutes.
9. Add the fried soya chaap to the gravy and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the soya chaap is heated through.
10. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.

Celebrate Karwa Chauth with this easy Soya Chaap Curry recipe
First marinate the soy chaap in oil, salt, turmeric, red chilli, and garam masala and set it aside for 20 minutes.
In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the marinated soya chaap and continue to fry until it is crispy and golden brown all over. Soya chaap should be taken out of the pan and kept aside.
Heat the remaining oil in the same pan over medium heat.
Include the onions and saute them until they are transparent and tender.
Once the tomatoes are soft, add the ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes.
Now add the garam masala, coriander, turmeric, and red chilli powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Bring the gravy to a boil, then add salt to taste.
Lower the heat to a low flame and let the gravy boil for 10 minutes.
Stir in the fried soy chaap and simmer for an additional 5 minutes, or until the chaap is well cooked.
Add chopped coriander leaves as a garnish and serve hot with rice, roti, or naan.
