How To Make Achari Paneer:
1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add all the seeds - mustard, cumin, fennel, coriander, and nigella. Let them crackle for a few seconds.
2. Add the chopped onions and saute until they turn translucent. Then add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for about a minute.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes become pulpy. Remove from heat and let it cool down for a while.
4. Once the mixture has cooled down, blend it in a mixer to make a smooth paste.
