Try this nutritious and high-protein breakfast recipe!
Take soaked moong dal and grind it into a fine paste.
Pour the paste into a bowl.
Add salt to taste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chopped green chillies, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green capsicum and chopped carrot.
Add finely chopped coriander and mint leaves.
Mix everything, and add half a tablespoon of ENO and a quarter teaspoon hing (asafoetida).
Keep it aside for about 10 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a pan greased with oil.
Cook it on one side until it turns golden brown, and flip it.
Cook it on the other side until it turns brown.
Cut the moonglet into four triangular pieces.
Serve with ketchup or your favourite chutney.
