With the crunchy taste of peanuts, curry leaves, urad dal and more this authentic style chutney is everyone's favourite so enjoy this simple recipe.
Take some 3/4 cups coconut in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of roasted peanuts, 1/2 cumin seeds, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 2 green chilies, 1/8 inches ginger and coriander leaves.
Add 1/4th cup water and make a paste in the blender.
Prepare a tempering with some hot oil 1/4 teaspoons mustard, 1 broken red chili, 1 pinch urad dal and 5 curry leaves.
Finally heat the mixture and add hing to it.
Transfer this tempering to the chutney and enjoy with your favourite south dishes.
