- Pour the idli batter in a large bowl. Add tomatoes, green peas, capsicum, green chilly, ginger, salt and coriander. Mix well.
- Preheat the appam maker. Grease it with some oil.
- Take the mixture in a spoon and fill all the moulds.
- After you have filled all the moulds, cover and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Flip it once it gets golden brown. Again cover and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Cook until the appam is golden brown from both the sides.
- Your vegetable appams are ready to be served with your choice of dip.
