  • Pour the idli batter in a large bowl. Add tomatoes, green peas, capsicum, green chilly, ginger, salt and coriander. Mix well.
  • Preheat the appam maker. Grease it with some oil.
  • Take the mixture in a spoon and fill all the moulds.
  • After you have filled all the moulds, cover and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
  • Flip it once it gets golden brown. Again cover and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
  • Cook until the appam is golden brown from both the sides.
  • Your vegetable appams are ready to be served with your choice of dip.

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Idli Batter
