How To Make Rava Ladoo:
1. First heat a medium-sized pan over a medium flame. Add the ghee and melt it.
2. Then add the semolina and roast it, stirring constantly, until it turns golden brown and fragrant.
3. Remove the semolina from the pan and let it cool slightly.
4. Now in a separate pan, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for five to seven minutes, or until the sugar syrup reaches a one-string consistency.
6. Then add the roasted semolina to the sugar syrup and stir until well combined.
7. Add the cashew nuts, raisins, and cardamom powder and mix well.
8. If the mixture is too dry, add a little milk and mix until it comes together.
9. Grease your hands with ghee and start making ladoos by rolling the mixture into small balls. Repeat the process again to make these laddos.
