Summer is here and that means we need a curd to accompany our meal. However, aren't you bored of having the boring curd every day? So, add a twist to your curd with this easy recipe of lauki raita. Also, this is a great idea to disguise your lauki and make your kids eat it.
- Start by peeling the lauki (bottle gourd).
- Now, grate the peeled lauki.
- Now, add some water in a pan and add the grated lauki. Cook it for 5 minutes or until it is tender.
- Take a large bowl and whisk the curd in the bowl.
- Add lauki, green chillies, roasted cumin powder, chat masala powder and black salt to the curd. Adjust the spices according to your taste.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and your lauki raita is now ready to be served.
