3. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and minced garlic until well combined. Set aside.

4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the mixed vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until they are slightly softened. Remove from heat and set aside.

  • 2 chopped medium-sized carrots
  • 1 chopped medium-sized red bell pepper
  • 1 thinly sliced medium-sized onion
  • 4 minced cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onions
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)

  • Step 1 :

    In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds until fragrant.
