How To Make Kimchi Fried Rice
1. Begin by heating a wok or large skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and let it heat up.
2. Add minced garlic and diced onion to the wok and stir-fry for a minute or two until the onion is translucent.
3. Next, add chopped kimchi and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the kimchi is fragrant and slightly softened.
4. Add the cooked rice to the wok and stir-fry until the rice is heated through. Make sure to break up any clumps of rice as you stir.
5. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, kimchi juice, gochujang paste, and minced garlic.
6. Add the sauce mixture to the wok and stir-fry until everything is well coated and heated through.
7. In another pan, fry 2 eggs to top the dish.
