First fry cashews and then raisins in hot ghee.
Next take semiya, break it and add it in the pan.
Roast on low flame. Stir until brown.
Next, add milk and cook on low flame. Stir occassionally.
Once semiya softens, add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
Switch off the stove. Add fried cashews and raisins and mix.
Add some fried dry fruits for garnish and serve hot.
