How To Make?
- Start by preparing a medium-thick batter by mixing maida, cornflour, black pepper powder, salt, and water.
- Marinate the paneer cubes in the batter.
- In a pan, add some cooking oil and fry the marinated paneer.
- Dissolve a tablespoon of cornflour in water and keep that aside.
- Next, heat the oil in the pan again.
- Add minced ginger and minced garlic and saute them.
- Then, add cubed onion, capsicum, and green chillies and saute them.
- Add chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, and salt. Mix the ingredients well.
- Pour the cornflour mixture and fried paneer cubes and cook the dish until the gravy turns thick.
- Garnish the Chilli Paneer with spring onions and enjoy!
