Ingredients

  • 8 Slices Of Brown Bread
  • 2 Onions (Sliced And Chopped)
  • 1 Cup Boiled Sprouts
  • 2 Teaspoons Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Finely Chopped Green Chillies
  • 2 Teaspoons Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 2 Teaspoons Coriander-Cumin Seeds Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Salt
  • 1 Finely Chopped Tomato
  • ½ Cup Boiled Potato
  • Oil To Cook
  • Salt To Taste

Step

  • Step 1 :

    Begin by heating a non-stick pan on medium flame. Add onions and cook for a minute or two.

  • Step 2 :

    Add ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and sauté well.

  • Step 3 :

    Add pav bhaji masala, coriander-cumin seeds powder, turmeric powder, black salt, tomatoes, salt and a little bit of water towards the end.

  • Step 4 :

    Cover with a lid and let it cook for 3-5 minutes.

  • Step 5 :

    Once done, add sprouts and potatoes. Give it all a good mix and cook for 1 more minute on medium flame.

  • Step 6 :

    Divide the sprouts mixture into 4 equal portions and keep aside.

  • Step 7 :

    Take your bread, and spread a portion of the sprout’s mixture evenly over it.

  • Step 8 :

    Place 2 onion slices on it and cover using another slice of bread.

  • Step 9 :

    Grill the sandwich on pan or griller after heating and adding oil to it. Cook it from both the sides. Once done, serve with green chutney.
