Take a pan heat oil and saute the curry paste.
Once the curry starts leaving oil add 50 ml of coconut milk.
Add chicken stock and aubergine.
Add 100 ml of coconut milk and bring to boil.
Add jaggery and fish sauce.
Add prawns and bring it to boil.
Once cooked add basil, chilli and kaffir lime.
Ready to serve.
