Ingredients

  • 1 Litre Milk
  • full cream
  • 1 Cup Chiraunji soaked
  • 3 Tbsp Condensed milk
  • 4 Ripe bananas
  • 1 Cup Fine sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Makhana
  • 2 Tbsp Almonds
  • 2 Tbsp Rose petal chikki (optional)

Step

  • Step 1 :

    De-skin the chironji seeds which have been soaked for a few hours in water.

  • Step 2 :

    peel and blanch all the almonds and then chop them.

  • Step 3 :

    Boil milk in a plan and let it become a little thick.

  • Step 4 :

    Add the chironji seeds to it.

  • Step 5 :

    Remove the black barrels in the bananas.

  • Step 6 :

    Sprinkle powdered sugar and caramelise it like you do for caramel custard.

  • Step 7 :

    Pour the kheer on a plate and arrange the bananas on it.

  • Step 8 :

    Garnish with fried makhana, almonds and top it off with rose petal chikki
