Kesar Shrikhand
Ingredients
- 15-20 strands of saffron
- 2 tbsp warm milk
- 3 cups yogurt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- Dry fruits for garnishing
Directions
- Soak a few strands of saffron in boiled milk for 3-4 hours.
- Hang yogurt in a muslin or cotton cloth for 4-5 hours.
- Next, remove the yogurt from the cloth.
- Add eliachi powder, saffron milk, and powdered sugar in it and mix it well.

Almond And Pistachio Shrikhand
Ingredients
- 1/2 litre milk
- A pinch of saffron
- 500 gms hung curd
- 1 1/2 tsp castor sugar
- 25 gms crushed pistachio
- 25 gms crushed almonds
Directions
- Soak a few strands of saffron in boiled milk for 10-15 minutes.
- Take a pan and add sugar, hung curd and half saffron milk in it. Mix it well.
- Once it’s done, add the remaining saffron milk and mix it.
- Add chopped pistachios and almond and fold them together.
- Set them in a bowl and garnish it with chopped dry fruits.
- Freeze it for 4-5 hours and serve cold.
Mango Shrikhand
Ingredients
- 3 ½ cup curd
- 2 chopped mangoes
- 4-5 green eliachi powder

- ½ cup of sugar
Directions
- Hang yogurt in a muslin or cotton cloth for 4-5 hours.
- In a blender, beat the mango until it gets smooth.
- Remove the thick yogurt from the cloth in the blender.

- Pour mango shrikhand in serving bowls and satisfy your sweet tooth!
