How To Make For Paneer Kebab:
1. Place the grated paneer and boiled aloo in a large bowl and combine them well.
2. Now, thoroughly mix in the cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, chaat masala, coriander powder, and red chilli powder.
3. Mix everything well to create a dough for paneer kebabs.
4. Place a portion the size of a lemon on your hand, press it flat, and form it into kebabs.
5. For the remaining dough mix, repeat the same procedure.
6. When the kababs are prepared, heat some oil in a small pan. The kababs should be carefully added to hot oil and shallow-fried until crisp and brown.
7. After flipping, cook the opposite side until browned.
