Recently, my sister prepared a kebab roll that surpassed all expectations, rivalling those found at restaurants. Convenient, flavourful, and satisfying, kebab rolls offer a compact and portable way to enjoy a complete meal in just a few bites. Imagine succulent kebabs, straight from the grill, nestled within a warm, flaky paratha. Kebab rolls epitomise convenience and cleanliness, allowing you to relish the flavours of kebabs without the mess. What Is Kebab Roll?

Kebab rolls are a beloved snack in India, enjoyed throughout the year and particularly popular during Ramadan. When you're short on time or don't want to cook an elaborate meal, this delicious dish comes to the rescue. How To Make Kebab Roll 

1. Choose your preferred type of kebabs, whether chicken or mutton, either from the market or homemade using minced meat.

2. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan and pan-fry the frozen kebabs until they are golden brown and cooked through.

3. While the kebabs are cooking, prepare your sauce. Make a green chutney by blending coriander and spearmint leaves into a paste. Additionally, mix mayonnaise and ketchup to create a homemade dip.

4. Once the kebabs are cooked, remove them from the pan and use the same pan to roast the kulchas until they are warm.

5. Place the cooked kebabs onto the kulchas and roll them tightly to form the kebab roll.

6. If you want you can also add vegetables of your choice, like onion, tomato, etc.

7. In the same pan, add some butter and place the kebab roll, cooking it for about 5 minutes on each side until it is golden brown and crispy.

8. To prevent the roll from opening up, place a grinding stone or any heavy object on top of it while cooking.

9. Once cooked, serve the kebab roll with the green chutney, dip, or any other condiment of your choice.
