Chinese recipes and dishes are a favourite of all even though most of have the Indianised version of Chinese food. We know the way we prepare it is fattening but still every time we go out or order it is either Chinese or pasta or pizza and Chinese is the most common cuisine if we check our order record. Right? This time don't order, make it yourself! This recipe is neither very common nor heard off so you know your guests will be in for a surprise.

Prepare this unique Chinese recipe shared by Chef Ananya Banerjee.
Heat a pan. Mix together sweet corn, corn flour, salt, white pepper powder and add to the pan.
Cook on high heat for five minutes or till the mixture thickens.
Add spring onion greens and mix well. Remove from heat.
Grease a plate or a barfi tray with oil and sprinkle with some corn flour, spread the sweet corn mixture on it, smoothing the surface. Set aside to cool.
Cut out square or diamond shaped pieces and dust with some cornflour.
Deep-fry the pieces till golden.
