Dragon fruit is getting immensely popular in the Indian market, thanks to the antioxidants, fibre, and vitamins it is loaded with. If you are bored having dragon fruit as is for your fruit salad, try making refreshing dragon fruit juice at home.
A quick and filling way of adding dragon fruit to your daily diet is by preparing a glass of dragon fruit juice. Though packed dragon fruit juice bottles are available in the market, they are usually loaded with sugar and might not be very healthy for you.
How To Make Dragon Fruit Juice?
- Peel the dragon fruit and cut it in half. Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh of the fruit.
- If you wish to remove the seeds, take them out before transferring the fruit to a blender.
- In a blender, add dragon fruit flesh. For a thicker consistency, avoid adding water. If you enjoy a thinner consistency, keep adding water as required.

- Taste the dragon fruit juice. If it isn't sweet to your taste, add sugar or sweetener of your choice for flavour.
- If you like a thick, pulpy juice, have the juice as is or strain it through a cheesecloth or strainer to get your juice.
- Pour dragon fruit juice into a glass, top it with some ice, and enjoy!
