1. Chocolate Panna Cotta

Chocolate Panna Cotta

Ingredients For Chocolate Panna Cotta:

chopped chocolate

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon gelatin

3 cups heavy cream

2 cups of milk

1 cup sugar

How To Make Chocolate Panna Cotta:

1. Lightly oil the ramekins and set them aside.

2. Stir the gelatin into the milk until it dissolves.

3. Bring heavy cream and sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan. After removing from the heat, mix in the chopped chocolate.

4 Add the milk and gelatin mixture to the melted chocolate, stir to incorporate, and then stir in the vanilla essence.

5. Pour into the prepared ramekins and keep them in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

2. Easter Egg Blondies

Ingredients For Easter Egg Blondies:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup butter

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup brown sugar

6-8 chopped and divided chocolates

1 egg

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup prepared vanilla frosting

28 g pastel blue, purple, and yellow candy melts

How To Make Easter Egg Blondies:

1. Set the oven's temperature to 350°F. Then grease a 9-inch square baking pan, then line the edges with parchment paper. Add flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and them well and keep it aside.

2. In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the brown sugar. Now place it in a large bowl and allow it to cool.

3. Then in a bowl combine vanilla and egg. Add the flour mixture and stir just until blended. Add half of the chocolate chunks and mix well. Smooth the top after scraping the batter into the baking pan.

4. Bake on the middle oven rack for 20 to 25 minutes, or check it by inserting a toothpick. Let cool fully on the rack.

5. Take the pan out and take off the parchment paper and add icing on the top. Cut 10-12 blondie eggs using 2-inch egg-shaped cookie cutters (reserve remaining blondies for another use).

6. Use melted candies to decorate eggs.

Ingredients Mini Waffles Tacos:

1 cup of your fav chocolate candies

8-10 each pizzelle cookies

1/3 cup chocolate sauce

10 cups ice cream

How To Make Mini Waffles Tacos:

1. In a vessel, boil some water and cover it.

2. For 15 seconds, gently steam each pizzelle biscuit.

3. Shape the warm pizzelle into a taco.

4 The pizzelle's borders should be covered in chocolate sauce. Allow cooling to finish.

5. Add ice cream and top with your favourite chocolate.
