Pre-Baking Preparation

Begin by greasing 3 medium ramekins with oil and keep them aside. Simultaneously, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius/395 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes.

Preparing Dry Ingredients

  1. Place a large sieve on the rim of a dry bowl. Add ½ cup of whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, 3 cups of cocoa powder and ¼ tsp of baking soda.
  2. Sift them in the bowl and put them aside.

Preparing Wet Ingredients

  1. Take another bowl and add ⅓ cup sugar and ½ cup cold water to it. Stir with a whisker till the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. Next, add 2 tbsps oil to the solution and stir thoroughly.
  3. Now, ¼ tsp vanilla essence and ½ tbsp lemon juice or vinegar and mix well.

  1. Add the wet ingredients mixture to the dry ingredients bowl and stir well with a whisker. Ensure that you do not over-mix it.
  2. Prepare a smooth batter with a medium-thin consistency.

  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 90-100 g semi-sweet

  • Step 1 :
