How To Make Sabudana Dosa Recipe For Fast:
1. First, thoroughly drain the water from the soaked Sabudana or Sago and samak rice. Next, add sugar, yoghurt, rock salt and blend them in a grinder. If needed, add some water to achieve a thick but pourable consistency for the batter. Set the batter aside for later use.
2. In a medium size pan, heat some oil and add cumin, green chilli, curry leaves, and boiled potatoes and let it cook for some time. Then add pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Once done, set it aside.
3. Heat a non-stick dosa tawa or skillet over medium heat. Once hot, grease it lightly with oil.
4. Pour a ladleful of the Sabudana dosa batter onto the centre of the tawa and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa. Allow it to cook, followed by adding the potato mixture before folding the dosa.
5. Cook the dosa for 2-3 minutes on medium heat until the bottom turns golden brown and crisp.
6. Flip the dosa using a spatula and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes until it is cooked through and crispy.
7. Remove the dosa from the tawa and transfer it to a serving plate. Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make more dosas.
8. Serve the Sabudana Dosa hot with coconut chutney, peanut chutney, or any chutney of your choice.
