How To Make Bread Pakoda?

  • Take breads. Cut each slice of bread into halves.
  • Now in a bowl, mix chickpea flour, salt, and other dry spices.
  • To make sure the batter is the appropriate consistency, add a tablespoon of cooking oil and some water.
  • Now dip each slice of bread into the batter and begin frying.
  • Fry on medium flame flipping occasionally. Fry till they turn golden and crisp.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread
  • 10 tablespoon of chickpea flour
  • Salt – to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp roasted coriander seeds powder
  • ¼ tsp ajwain(carom seeds)
  • Oil to fry
  • 1 pinch baking soda
