To make this, take out the stock after boiling chicken and mix in 1 beaten egg. Now add chicken balls or shredded chicken and add salt plus soya sauce as per taste. Add shredded carrots and chopped mushrooms. Add lemon juice as per taste and some bean sprouts and spinach leaves in the end.
Make a puree of boiled potatoes, garlic, ginger, onion, green chilli and turnip. Add some cream and prepare the tempering by heating oil and adding cumin seeds, turmeric powder, curry patta and tej patta. Mix these and add salt as per taste. Serve with fried potatoes, chaat masala and dhaniya leaves.

Roast half a pumpkin after marinating it with some oil, pepper, thyme and green chillies. Mash the pumpkin with a paste of onion and garlic plus some chicken or vegetable stock. Heat the rest of the stock in a pan with honey and cream. Serve in cups and pour a masala mix of salt, pepper, lemon juice, chopped red chillies to garnish the soup.
Heat butter in a thick-bottom pan, add sliced onions and garlic and cook till they soften completely. Add chicken/vegetable stock and boil it. Add salt, pepper and some white wine if you like. Now toast some bread with cheese to let it melt and add this cheesy bread over the soup served in bowls.
