Heat Ghee in a pan with a thick bottom, preferably a non-stick one, on a medium flame. Once it’s heated, add Besan (gram flour). “Roast the flour while stirring continuously to avoid burning and continue roasting until the Besan turns golden brown and starts giving off a nutty aroma. Let the mixture cool a little and then, add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and assorted nuts. Take the small portions of the cooked mixture and shape the Laddus with your hands and you can either serve them hot or store them in airtight containers.

  • 100 grams of Ghee
  • 100 grams of Sugar
  • 10 grams of Cardamom Powder
  • 50 grams of Chopped Nuts (Assorted including Cashew
  • Pistachios
  • and Almonds)

  1. Step 1:

    Heat a thick-bottomed pan, add the Ghee and let it heat on a medium flame.

  2. Step 2:

    Then, add Besan and roast while stirring continuously to keep the flour from burning.

  3. Step 3:

    You have to continue roasting until the Besan turns Golden Brown and gives off a nutty Aroma.

    Cool the mixture a little and add cardamom powder, powdered sugar, and assorted nuts.

    Divide the cooked mixture into small portions and shape the Laddus.
