Saiyaara Box Office Day 14: Ahaan Panday's Blockbuster Surpasses Kabir Singh, Earns ₹425 Crore Globally

According to a Sacnilk report, Saiyaara earned Rs 6.5 crore on its 14th day of release, which marks its slowest day at the box office yet. The footfalls may have dropped during the weekdays, but it remains to be seen if the film will hold on to the audience for its third weekend. On Thursday, however, the film saw an overall occupancy of 11 per cent. In the Delhi-NCR region, the film had over 1,100 shows with an occupancy of around 12 per cent, and in the Mumbai region, it had over 750 shows with an occupancy of over 10.5 per cent. After the 14th day, the film’s collection stands at Rs 425 crore globally.

The film has solidified its blockbuster tag by surpassing the lifetime box office gross of two of the biggest Bollywood releases. The domestic net collection of ₹280.5 crore by the film has overtaken the Shahid Kapoor film Kabir Singh, which had grossed ₹279 crore. 2019's Kabir Singh was a critical and commercial success, becoming Kapoor's biggest career hit in the past 20 years, even though it drew criticism for its representation of a "toxic love story."
