HZ WomenPreneur Awards 2023 is an initiative to honour and celebrate women and women-led brands that are passionate, proficient and dedicated to their work. The award ceremony is on February 23, 2023, where Smt Smriti Zubin Irani, Hon’ble Union Minister of Women & Child Development Minority Affairs, will felicitate the winners. The Women CEO of the Year award will acknowledge and honour a woman who has elevated her business, recognising the accomplishments of a woman leader who is in charge of significant business decisions, overseeing operations and resources, and serving as the company's face.
Jury Criteria
The Woman CEO Award winner should have a good track record of effective leadership and a clear goal of expanding her company through creative thinking. The CEO's influence on the community, investors, and stakeholders of the business will be taken into account.
Nominee 1: Dr. Shweta Singh
Dr Shweta Singh is the owner of Ennoble IP with a company revenue of ₹22 crores. She has expertise in IPR, technology, management, law, and business. Her company, Ennoble IP, provides a technology-based intellectual property platform for entrepreneurs, investors, and researchers. They provide top-notch IP services to enhance the accuracy of a patent’s searches and analyses. They promote awareness to increase protection for inventions, innovations, and research published by start-ups. (International Women's Day 2023)

Nominee 2: Aakanksha Bhargava
Aakanksha Bhargava is the owner of PM Relocations (PMR), a relocation service provider. The company revenue is ₹180 crores. With approximately 700 personnel and 55% of sales coming from domestic and international moving, 25% from commercial logistics, and 20% from art moving (packing and moving delicate ceramics, fine arts, antiques, sculptures and other valuable items), storage, pets moving, and settling-in services, PMR has experienced a growth of 130% over the last two years. Nominee 3: Pallavi Utagi
Pallavi Utagi is the Founder and CEO of the sustainable brand SuperBottoms which provides mom and baby essentials. Her company has a revenue of ₹40 crores. Over the past four years, the brand has experienced an impressive growth of 2X YOY (Year-Over-Year) and now employs over 200 women throughout India.
