The inaugural edition of HerZindagi’s WomenPreneur Awards Powered By Hamdard Khaalis Spices, Knowledge Partner WEP will celebrate HER excellence. We are proud to bring these awards where we recognise the achievements of talented, committed female entrepreneurs who are running successful businesses and smashing the glass ceiling. The awards will celebrate the accomplishments of women leaders in the business world across spheres. The award ceremony is slated for today, i.e, February 23, 2023.
Smt. Smriti Zubin Irani, Hon'ble Union Minister of Women & Child Development Minority Affairs, Govt. of India will be present at the event today as our chief guest.
To ensure that we reach out to the maximum number of women achievers across fields, we have 15 award categories for women entrepreneurs. One of the categories is Woman Rising Star of the Year. This award category is for young women entrepreneurs who started their businesses at an early age. Their achievements over the years and ambition for growth is what we aim to celebrate with the award.
Jury Criteria
Our grand jury consisting of celebrated names — like Anna Roy (Senior Adviser, Niti Aayog), Ankhi Das (Co-Founder, Ankurit Capital), Apurva Purohit (Co-Founder, Aazol Ventures Pvt Ltd), Sumeet Singh (Chief Marketing Officer, Info Edge), Anita Nayyar (COO-Media, Branding & Communication, Patanjali Ayurved Ltd), Durga Raghunath (Head of News Partnerships in India at Google) and Megha Mamgain (AVP & Business Head - Health & Lifestyle, Jagran New Media) — is looking for women entrepreneurs under the age of 30 years. These womenpreneurs should have started the business for a minimum of three years. Our jury will be reviewing the nominees on the basis of their leadership potential, innovative thinking and their skills to identify new opportunities. Their impact on their industry and society will also be looked at.

Jain started CoLLearn with an aim to change the Indian Education System. The brand has over 500 success stories of transitioning sports. Srishty Jain's company has helped many security guards and drivers become full-time employees in sports.

Nishtha Yogesh, Hunar Online Courses

Nishtha Yogesh founded Hunar Online Courses to empower women with skills and opportunities. Hunar Online Courses is a leader in the space and to date managed to build a community of 20 lakh women, 45,000 skilled students and 6000 entrepreneurs. Last year, the brand not only educated more than 30,000 women but also got Shilpa Shetty as their investor and ambassador.
