Jyoti Jain's Early Life

Jyoti Jain is an inspiring businesswoman who believes in maintaining a balance between life and work. She earned a B.Com degree from Delhi University and also completed a course in Garment Production Technology from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT). Additionally, she holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management.

Jyoti Jain Career

Jyoti Jain began her career 30 years ago in a male-dominated industry. She is the Joint Managing Director of TT Limited. In this role, she oversees the sales and marketing of the company's products in the domestic market. Under her supervision, the company generates revenue of approximately ₹150 crore from its operations. Additionally, she has been a part of a highly competitive and challenging industry, facing issues like credit-based transactions in the market and the need for regular product upgrades. Creating space for women in this industry and growing the business has been the biggest challenge. Additionally, the biggest issue is related to human resources (HR).

Apart from her business venture, she is also actively involved in business chambers and social organisations. She has previously served as the Chairperson of the Kolkata chapter of the FICCI Women’s Organisation and is currently a member of the governing body of the organisation. From 2020-2022, she was the former Zone Convener of JITO Women’s Network and is currently the National Convener (2022-24) of JITO Business Network Women. Additionally, she is a Trustee of the All India Terapanth Women's Organisation, the world’s largest Terapanth Jain women’s organisation. She is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Kolkata Terapanth Women's Organisation. Jyoti Jain is the President of Sugni Devi Jesraj Baid Maternity and Research Hospital, Bikaner, and the Charitable Hospital Family-run Parmarth Bhawan, Bikaner.
