Trousers or lowers have been a staple for all for a while especially when we talk about celebs in the Bollywood industry. What is in an what is not, has forever been changing. Let's take a look at how the fashion has been changing and coming back from the 1960s till date.

1960's Flayered Bottoms

The 1960s are still quite popular for many fashion trends, but the way flayered bottoms worn by Zeenat Aman became popular in that time, there is no other fashion. You can still visualise the popularity of the fashion trend of these pants, with the fact that Sonakshi Sinha still likes to wear this style.

1970s Bell Bottoms

Talking about the 70s, this decade hadRakhi, Smita Patil, Parveen Bobby and Neetu Singh. At this time, there were many fashion trends in Bollywood, but the fashion trend which was a super hit was that of the Bell Bottoms. Not only did heroines wear such trousers in movies, but college-going girls would copy their fashion quite a bit. Bollywood's Deepika Padukone also wore aformal suit with Bell Bottom pantsin the Cannes Film Festival.

1980s Baggie & Patchwork

Actress Juhi Chawla was a beauty queen and so was the late actress Sridevi. In the '80s, they not only experimented with their films but they also played around with fashion. In 1988, Juhi Chawla debuted with Aamir Khan's 'Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak'. Due to Aamir Khan's height, fashion designers had to do experiment a lot with the designs and so that the heroine looks the same, they had to experiment with fashion for Juhi as well. In this decade, thanks to Juhi and Sridevi, the fashion of wearing baggy and patchwork pants came in.

1990's Simple Straight

The hit film 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' and Kajol are synonymous to each other. This film gave the young crowd so many fashion goals including Kajol's simple straight pants. Karisma Kapoor as well appeared in many films in similar style pants. After this film, the markets were flooded with this style in different colours.
