Priyanka Chopra Jonas Hides Wardrobe Malfunction With A Rs 5.2 Lakh Worth Bag?

Actress and Producer Priyanka Chopra Jonas attended the red carpet of the 77th Golden Globe Awards on Sunday night in a black outfit which was sheer below her waistline but may have faced a wardrobe malfunction which she tried to hide with a bag worth Rs 5.2 lakh.

Her clutch not just added colour to her black outfit but also came in handy in hiding a wardrobe malfunction perhaps! 

She attended the prestigious awards ceremony of Hollywood with her husband and star Nick Jonas which was held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in the United States. Dressed in a pink off-shoulder gown from Cristina Ottaviano, she looked every bit dazzling with an added neckpiece from Bvlgari, which made her overall ensemble look stunning.

She also carried a Jimmy Choo clutch which is worth Rs 5.2 lakh as per reports and pointed heels to add oomph to her entire look. Nick wore a black coloured pea-coat and looked dashing, all suited up. However, a small cross-check here. We found out that the bag is worth Rs 1.58 lakh approximately if we go according to the current conversion rate. 

During the extravaganza, Priyanka and Nick presented the award for best TV series, musical or comedy, and the lovey-dovey couple even joked about their marriage with Priyanka pointing out to Nick that the show doesn't count as a date night.

To fulfil her wish, the couple headed for a mushy dinner in West Hollywood, California, instead of attending an after-party, for which she had changed into a sheer outfit with large floral prints.

However, in pictures clicked by the media there, Priyanka could be seen holding a Rs 5.2 Lakh worth Bvlgari handbag in front of her like a shield which was probably to avoid unflattering pictures or probably to hide a wardrobe malfunction. 

On the work front, Priyanka was last seen in Shonali Bose's 'The Sky Is Pink' alongside Farhan Akhtar and has just wrapped up the shooting of her upcoming Netflix film, 'The White Tiger'. She is also busy developing an untitled Indian wedding comedy with Mindy Kaling and Dan Goor at Universal which is being co-produced by her and she will also act in it.
