The rent can be as low as Rs 10,000 which I think is fine since we are talking Sabyasachi here, in addition, if you go to buy one... people like you and I will just end up window shopping and daydreaming about it. 

It is not just ethnic wear, the website also rents out accessories and cocktail ensembles. They cater to cities like Delhi NCR, Pune, Dehradun, Mumbai, and many more.

This is a well-known website from where I once took a dress on rent just to experience the feeling and I have no regrets. They also rent out designer bridal lehenga on rent but since those are heavy and well the work is phenomenal, the rent price is at least Rs 50 K but there are many options to choose from. There are many outfits that are way simpler so there is something for all occasions. 

From heavy to fusion wear, this website is very popular in the wedding circuit as they also come to take measurements at no extra cost. Here a simpler Sabyasachi outfit will cost you from Rs 12,000-30,000 for 4 to 8 days. They deliver to all most major cities like  Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Mumbai.

You can also rent a bridal lehenga by Manish Arora for around Rs 20,000 and some simpler outfits by Anita Dongre, Varun Bahl and Shantanu and Nikhil for under Rs 10,000 if it is a smaller function or a party.

This one has outfits from Shantanu and Nikhil, Anamika Khanna, and even Rimple and Harpreet Narula available at an affordable rent. The range however may be a bit limited.

Tips & Doubts

• Collections could be older so don't expect the latest designs unless you are really lucky to spot one.
• There are bound to be high refundable deposits.
