The Coachella Valley became an extension of Punjab this weekend as Diljit Dosanjh spread the beats of the bhangra at the ever-so-popular music festival. The Lover singer and pop star stepped on stage donning black hued silk kurta and tamba which is a traditional draped bottom worn by men in Punjab. He topped his quintessentially Punjabi fit with a utility black jacket to add a modern edge to the outfit. One can define his ensemble as a representative yet minimal take on the traditional attire rooted in the land of the five rivers. The iconic star added further zest to the outfit by adding a pair of monochromatic white and grey Nike sneakers, yellow gloves that could be seen from a distance and a pair of black retro-style sunglasses as he performed his most popular numbers. But the crowning glory of the OOTN was the statement black turban which was starched to perfection and sported a crisp fan that added the extra magic element.
