Cannes 2022: A Look At Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s Stunning Outfits

Cannes Film Festival 2022 is going on in full swing and every year we are excited to see all the celebs grace the red carpet in all their glory. This year was no different. It was extra special because India is the country of honour this year and it was the first time that any country was given such an honour.

We saw several Indian celebs on the red carpet but our favourite has to be Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. She made her first appearance on the Cannes Film Festival red carpet in 2004 and since then, she has never failed to surprise us.

All-Pink Valentino Look

Aishwarya Rai's first appearance at Cannes was In an all-pink Valentino look. She wore a head-to-toe pink pant-suit and paired it with matching pink platform heels. This monochromatic power suit indeed stole all hearts.

The pink blazer and the matching pants combo with nude makeup and straight hair made her stand out and we should definitely take some styling tips from the diva.

Custom Made Black Gown

Cannes Film Festival is not a regular event, therefore everyone has to think out of the box and put a lot of effort into their outfits in order to stand out from the crowd. Therefore, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan chose a stunning black Dolce & Gabbana gown for her first red carpet appearance at the Cannes Film Festival 2022.

This puffy custom made black silk gown featured beautiful handmade multi-coloured flowers. The corset gown also had pleating details and it looked absolutely beautiful on the actress. She accessorised it well with just a pair of white and yellow gold earrings with “tourmalines”, diamonds and blue sapphires and a matching ring. Along with the outfit, her hair and makeup were also on point.

Sequin Pink Hued Gown

Once again, Aishwarya Rai looked stunning in the beautiful body-hugging sequin gown in shades of pink. She layered it with a pink satin cape and looked ethereal. She kept her hair straight with a middle parting and went for a nude makeup look with smokey eyes.

She was accompanied by her daughter and husband. Abhishek Bachchan wore a black tuxedo and sported a salt and pepper look. Aradhya Bachchan looked lovely in her red dress which was paired up with a red hairband and red flats along with her signature fringes. All three of them looked picture perfect.

Gaurav Gupta Gown At Day 3

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan chose an Indian designer for her final red carpet look at the Cannes Film Festival 2022. Just like several other celebs, she didn’t go for Sabyasachi, instead, she went for Gaurav Gupta.

Inspired by the birth of Venus, the goddess of beauty and love, this pink pleated gown became the talk of the town. The highlight of the look was surely the huge structure that came from the back to form a giant halo behind Aishwarya’s head.

She accessorised the look well with ear cuffs and rings. Along with this, her makeup was also on point. She styled her hair in defined curls and kept them on one side.
