At 40, Vidya Balan Finally Ditched Her Saree For This Outfit

This sari-clad diva donned a green Zara jumpsuit for her retro-themed party and teamed up with Rohit Gandhi-Rahul Khanna cape. She finished her look with Sameer Madan jewels, high-waist belt and nude lip. What about the hairdo? You can also go for a wavy look or soft curls to give that rustic charm. Can’t you be naughty at forty? Yes, you can.

Siddharth Roy Kapur (husband) and Aditya Roy Kapur (brother-in-law) were seen complementing in similar outfits. While Siddharth wore a white suit, Aditya opted for a wine red blazer over a pair of black pants. That’s not all, Manav Kaul also dropped in retro look to wish his ‘Tumhari Sulu’ co-actor.

The 40-year-old actor took to her Instagram handle and wished her fans a happy and prosperous New Year. Reportedly, Vidya Balan will be making her Telugu debut in Nandamuri Balakrishna’s biopic on his late father NT Rama Rao. She has been quite versatile when it comes to portraying vivid characters onscreen. She will also be seen as late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in one of her upcoming movies. Needless to say, her fans can now take a sigh of relief as she is silently gearing up for more remarkable roles.
