They have more than 500 English-speaking degree programmes with the institutes being largely state-funded. France
France was once called the fashion capital of the world but now it is becoming known as a powerhouse for those who want to study fashion art, culinary arts, business, and history across its over 3,500 institutions. The public university fees in this European country are affordable, theculture is vibrant and steeped in history, and there's access to the Schengen Area (a passport-free travel zone in Europe comprising 29 countries).
