Priyanka Chopra Is The Latest Addition To Bolly Celebs Owning Homeware Brands

Priyanka Chopra has launched a new homeware brand called SONA HOME in the United States. Taking to her Instagram page, she gave us a glimpse of a few products that the store will sell.

“Indian culture is known for its hospitality, it’s all about community and bringing people together, and for me, that is the ethos of SONA HOME,” she said in the video.

She further added, “It (SONA HOME) is rooted in creating a home out of a house.” She talked about moving from India to America and finding a second home among her friends.

In her post, she mentioned, “I bring a piece of India into everything I do, and this is an extension of that thought. ” She and Maneesh K. Goyal, Founder & Partner at SONA, Co-founded the SONA HOME. Currently, from what can be seen on the office Instagram page of SONA HOME, it is selling trendy tableware with animal and floral prints.

Twinkle Khanna

Twinkle Khanna runs a successful candle business by the name of Tweak Candle. The products are meant to uplift the mood and make a room aesthetically pleasing.

One of the candles has spices added on the top for the aroma. From cardamom and star anise to black pepper and cloves, these are known for being ‘warm and comforting'.

The brand also sells striking flower-shaped candles. One can spot ‘The Cheeky’ candle in many of Khanna’s Instagram posts. ‘It embodies women who are comfortable in their skin, with their size and within their minds,’ reads one of her posts.

Twinkle Khanna is also into interior designing On her YouTube channel, Tweak India, she often shares tips and tricks to amplify the décor and do a complete budget makeover of the space.

Ekta Kapoor

Ek By Ekta is a brand run by Indian Television Producer Ekta Kapoor. She launched this business in 2021, and it sells tableware, apparel, bedsheets, cushion covers and wellness items.

One of her Instagram posts promoting the tableware reads, “Our exquisite Ceramic Serveware, made of clay is a better choice for serving food. They are not just beautiful to look at, but are also sustainable.”

Apart from these celebrities, Gauri Khan and Sussanne Khan are in the interior design business. Gauri Khan Designs is also into delivering architectural maps, furniture designing and setting the space with lively light fixtures. The businesswoman is also associated with D’Decor which sells cushion covers, curtains, bedsheets, rugs and other home accessories.

On the other hand, Sussanne Khan is associated with The Charcoal Project. It is where people can shop for luxurious metal, wooden and leather furniture pieces. Fashion designer Ritu Kumar is also into selling tableware and home improvement items.
