- To make this recipe, first heat some oil in a pan and all the spices in it.
- Then, add onion and ginger garlic paste along with salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and biryani powder.
- Now, add curd and rice after a few minutes.
- Add water and let it cook till 1 whistle.
- Now, divide the cooked rice into 3 parts. Mix one part with tomato puree and carrot and one part with spinach puree.
- Your tricolor rice is now ready to be served.
