Paneer is one of the most loved ingredients in India, especially among vegetarians. It is tasty and super healthy. Paneer is also high in protein, which is why you should be adding to your everyday diet. If you love paneer but find it difficult to cook those fancy recipes then here are two easy recipes of paneer. They are super delicious and easy to make.

Paneer Bhujia

Paneer Bhujia Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200 gram paneer
  • 1 tbsp any oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Some chopped ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 2 chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 tbsp Dry ginger powder
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/2 lime

How To Make?

Crumble paneer and keep aside. Take a kadai and add oil, butter and cumin seeds. Now add chopped onion, ginger, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt as per your taste. Cook well. Add some water and then add chopped tomato, green chilies, dry ginger powder. Mix them well. Now add crumbled paneer. Top with coriander leaves and squeeze some lime juice. Serve.

Paneer Curry

Paneer Curry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 100 gm cubed paneer
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 chopped green capsicum
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoons coriander powder
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/3 cup water


How To Make?

In a kadai, add chopped onions and cook until they turn light brown. Now add tomato puree and cook for a few minutes. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder. Mix well. Next, add chopped capsicum and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes. Later, add 1/3 cup water and bring it to boil. Lastly, add paneer cubes and cook. Let the gravy turn thicker. Take off the flame and serve with chapatis.
