Republic Day is celebrated in India on 26th January every year. It is considered a National holiday and people across the country watch the Republic Day parade that takes place on Rajpath in Delhi. Raj Pithora

Known to be the first city of Delhi (vintage cafes in delhi), Raj Pithora was constructed by the mighty ruler Prithviraj Chauhan after winning over the Rajput of Tomara Dynasty in the 12th century. However, the city does not exist anymore but there is a fortified complex of Qila Rai Pithora wherein you can visit the gateway of Lalkot, the Tomb of Azim Khan, the Statue of Prithviraj Chauhan, and many more remnants of the historical city.
