Maldives Lures Aishwarya, Abhishek For Vacay And We Can't Keep Calm!

When its hot and you need a vacation, what better place than the Maldives? Vacay pictures of actors Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek Bachchan and their daughter Aaradhya here are a proof that this place is the best when it comes to me and family time for sure! We see their pictures celebrating family functions, parties, and at work but we rarely get to see how they chill. But, this time they planned a holiday together and the cool, beautiful pictures shared by the couple on their Instagram accounts are giving us vacay goals for sure!

Starting with the day they landed, Aishwarya posted a picture of a view of the swimming pool leading up to the azure sea beyond from their resort, while Abhishek posted a picture, of what looked like their hotel room's exterior and dubbed it ‘Bachchan’s Family Home’

Abhishek also shared an image of their bikes to take them around. This holiday looks fun with a kid on board. Holiday goals much?

The family took off for their vacation on Thursday, and since then, the couple has been giving a sneak-peek into their exotic vacation. Abhishek posted a beautiful picture of his wife on a full moon night, and wrote, "Honey and the moon". Aishwarya as always looked beautiful but the moment captured was heart warming. Clad ina blue dress with her hair neatly tied in a bun, she can be seen chilling by the sea and her beauty never fails.

Since the film "Fanney Khan" released we have not seen the actress in any movie. However, she was recently in news when an old picture with Abhishek went viral. Many thought that she was pregnant with her second child, which was obviously shot down by her representative.

Aishwarya and Abhishek were reportedly keen on beginning work on their film Gulab Jamun, to be made by Anurag Kashyap. However, some time later, it was extensively reported that she has walked out of the project as she had signed a film with Mani Ratnam. The period drama will see Aishwarya unite with her Raavan co-star, Tamil actor Vikram. Reports also suggested that her father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan might do a cameo in the film too.

The couple was also going to star together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ambitious biopic on poet and lyricist Sahir Ludhainvi. While Abhishek was to essay the legendary lyricist onscreen, Aishwarya was meant to play the role of Amrita Pritam. Although nothing was confirmed and then came the reports that not Aishwarya, but Taapsee Pannu will essay talented Punjabi poet.

Talking about his love story with Aishwarya, the "Manmarziyaan" actor said at a Conclave that it was his friendship with Aishwarya that slowly evolved and turned into love. "It was during Umrao Jaan that things took a serious turn. Then I proposed to her and we got married and now we have a daughter."
