You do not have to look your age, there is no such rule. You can look way younger than what you are and you can if you stay away or work on these factors which you may not have guessed, are behind your aging skin.
A Poor Diet

Binging on a lot of sugary food can cause a spike in blood augar and insulin whch can speed up skin aging through the process of glycation. Basically what happens is, glucose enters the bloodstream and attaches to protein molecules, including collagen, which forms new molecules called advanced glycarion end products, which degrade collagen and elastin.
Tip: Therefore, cut back on cards and make whole grain, vegetables and fruits a regular in your diet. Also, increase your consumption of anti-oxidant rich foods like berries, citrus fruits, kiwi, papaya, pineapple, red and green peppers and broccoli.
Sleeping On The Same Side
Enough sleep is very important if you want to look your best. However, the posture of your body while sleeping also counts. If you constantly sleep on the same side of your face then your facial skin will age more rapidly.
Tip: Besides taking a proper sleep everyday, make it a habit of sleeping on your back or keep changing sides.
Depression

If you are depressed or unhappy, it completes shows on your face. Depressed people do a lot of things that harm them like frowning. Negative facial expressions, if you have ever noticed, become etched into your skin like those angry lines on the forehead. Depression also weakens the collagen and cause a decrease in growth hormone synthesis.
Tip: To battle all that during your unhappy time, just go for exercise which you will realise later, help you cheer up.
Oscillating Diet
Going to and fro between dieting, as in repeatedly gaining and losing weight can cause your skin to stretch. This can take a toll on your skin's elasticity and accelerate aging. Have you seen those stretch marks? that is because of your oscillating diet.
Tip: To keep your weight normal exercise regularly and use skincare products containing retinol and peptides to reduce the stretch marks and improve the skin's firmness and elasticity.
