Ingredients Required To Make Turmeric Gel For Skin
- Aloe Vera Gel
- Turmeric Powder
- Gram Flour
- Honey
Directions To Make Turmeric Gel For Skin
Scrape fresh aloe vera gel from the aloe leaf and take it out in a bowl. You can also use readymade aloe vera gel for this skin remedy. Add two pinches of turmeric powder. Make sure the turmeric powder you use is pure and contains no added colour. Add 1/4 teaspoon of gram flour and 1/4 teaspoon of honey. Mix all the ingredients well. Your homemade turmeric gel is ready for use.
Note - Add in or reduce the quantity of ingredients to get the consistency of your choice. You can also prepare this turmeric gel in a big batch and then refrigerate it for longer use.
How To Use Turmeric Gel For Skin?
Wash your face with normal water to clear off any dirt. Apply turmeric gel all over your face and neck. Keep it for 15 minutes and then gently start massaging your face. Once the gel soaks in your skin, wash off with normal water and pat dry.
Note - Always do a patch test on your hand before using this homemade gel on your face. If you feel itchy, wash off your face immediately. Discontinue use if you see redness, or rashes on the skin. Consult a dermatologist if your skin continues to feel irritated after a few hours. Also, avoid trying this home remedy if you are undergoing a skin treatment.
