Bingeing on sugary delights every now and then is not only bad for your figure and teeth but it can also cause acne breakouts unlike anything. Sugar elevates the insulin levels and this can cause inflammation in body resulting in acne, says Dr Lipy Gupta Dermatologist at Delhi’s Max Super Specialty Hospital. Indulging too much in alcohol and smoking away your lungs is another bad habit that you should give up to have flawless skin, she says.
