Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 4 pieces sliced pineapple
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Two pinches of cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp haldi
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
Method
Chop the pineapple and banana.
Take a grinder and add flaxseeds, coconut oil, grated ginger, cinnamon powder, turmeric powder, and coconut milk.
